Cumulative source-code acceptance

Practitioner cumulative acceptance

Pass this private suite to enter Practitioner at 105 skill.

What you need to build

Implement one program using recursive functions, numeric operations, lexical bindings, and conditional keyword results from the entire Initiate curriculum.

Define foundation-report with these inputs:

ArgumentJIK typeMeaning
valueintegerValue to classify and sum.
limitintegerClassification boundary.

Expected result

Return [.below|.equal|.above triangular(abs(value))] and use a tail-recursive helper.

Python-like pseudocode

def foundation_report(value, limit):
    if value < limit:
        classification = .below
    elif value == limit:
        classification = .equal
    else:
        classification = .above
    n = abs(value)
    triangular = 0
    while n > 0:
        triangular += n
        n -= 1
    return [classification, triangular]

The private suite checks returned values in 3 cases. Private inputs and expected values are never sent to the browser. Covered language features are recommended implementation tools; the evaluator does not inspect source structure.

5 failed retries remain. Preview never consumes one.
